Life is challenging at times. Even during times of struggle it is possible to be on purpose.What I have discovered is there are four important areas to consider when dealing with setbacks in life. These important considerations will help you as you focus your energy on improving in any area of life.The Importance of PurposeTo be on purpose requires you to answer the question, “Why am I here?” The success of your personal endeavors will rise and fall on the compelling why behind the what. When we choose not to answer this question out loud, we leave the door open for excuses. We become susceptible to our circumstances when the why is poorly defined, or worse, missing completely. Being purposeful is directional. Answering the why provides a direction for my life, which is important to know when facing challenges.The Importance of ClarityConfusion prevents movement, clarity provides a clear path. The importance of clarity has three basic ideas:

We all make mistakes, just move on and do better!
Life is full of its ups and downs. One day, you may feel like you have it all figured out. Then, in a moment’s notice, you’ve been thrown a curve ball. You’re not alone in these feelings. Everyone has to face their own set of challenges. Learning how to overcome challenges will help you stay centered and remain calm under pressure.
Why Is Life So Hard Sometimes?
This is the question that arises in everybody’s mind. Why Life is so difficult sometimes that we are unable to decide what to do. Life is a gift by god but why with this much of problems. Sometimes we think instead of facing this much problems, better to die.

If you have ever thought that life is just getting too complicated, you may well be right. Life can indeed be too complicated. There is evidence that today many aspects of the way we live are over that limit, and it is this that explains many of the problems we face and the everyday irritations we encounter. This is not a simple matter of markets versus politics or public as opposed to private. Certainly government is the source of much of the excessive complexity, most notably through its regulative function, but much of it has purely private origins. Excessive complexity is found as much in business and its practices as in regulations and laws put out by the state.
These days I know a lot of people still live overly stressful lifestyles. If you think you may be one of them, even if it’s just sometimes, here are a few key things Angel and I have learned – some simple reasons life often gets too complicated, for all of us on occasion:
Life is tough as hell, and it will wear you down until you're on your knees and keep you there unless you do something about it. By approaching life with an complicated attitude will only give more complicated stuff to deal with.We really love making our lives complicated, it's what we do!

நண்பர்களே,நம்முடைய வாழ்க்கையில் வெற்றி பெற வேண்டும் என்றால் ஒரு சில விஷயத்தை கவனம் செலுத்தினால் போதும்..சுற்றி இருப்பவர்களால் நாம் பல நேரங்களில் மனதளவில் கஷ்டப்படும் போதெல்லாம் நமக்கு நாமே உத்வேகம் கொடுத்துக் கொண்டிருந்தால் மட்டும் தான் நம்முடைய வெற்றி நம்மை சேரும்.
வாழ்க்கையில் முன்னேற வேண்டும் என்ற ஒரு ஆசை மட்டும் இருந்தால் போதாது அதற்கான முயற்சியும் வேண்டும்.
நாம் பார்க்கும் வெற்றி பெற்ற நபர்கள் தங்களுடைய ஆரம்பகாலத்தில் எவ்வளவோ சோதனைகளையும் துயரங்களையும் கடந்து தான் வந்திருப்பார்கள். யாரும் எளிமையாக இன்று வந்திருக்கும் நல்ல நிலைமைக்கு வர முடியாது. அந்த மாதிரி நீங்களும் விரைவில் வரவேண்டும் என்றால் இந்த சின்ன சின்ன தோல்விகள் சந்தித்துதான் ஆக வேண்டும். இதில் இருக்கும் கஷ்டங்களை நாம் அனுபவிக்கும் போது தான் இனி பெரிய மகிழ்ச்சியை நம்முடைய வாழ்க்கையில் முழுமையாக அனுபவிக்க முடியும்.
விந்தணுக்கள் குறைபாடு உள்ளவர்கள் மருத்துவர்கள் கூறும் மருந்து மாத்திரைகளை சாப்பிட்டாலும் சில உணவுகளை தவறாமல் எடுத்துக் கொண்டால் விந்தணுக்கள் எண்ணிக்கை அதிகரிக்கும் என்று கூறப்படுகிறது.
